As the summer garden winds down and the light changes as fall descends, I like to review what I planted throughout the spring and summer. I take some time to determine my top heirloom seed picks in the garden. I also review what my least favorite seeds were for the year. Even though there's still a lot to do in the garden, things start to relax and feel more laid back as we head toward shorter days spent working outside and leaves changing from green to red to brown.
